"Support with Love, Confidence and Presence this change in your life"
Who am i ?
The arrival in my life of my son Julian, made me fall in love and passion for the subject of motherhood and the meaning of " Mothering " .
It confronted me with the necessity, of which our modern society has forgotten the interest: the non-medical support around maternity, birth and postnatal.
Through hardship but also a lot of happiness, when I was still a young mother, I felt this intense momentum to support future parents with whom I exchanged day after day. And then, there was the crossing of a heavy illness when my child was still very small. The suffering of my body, my vulnerability; over time I learned to listen to my needs.
Early 2016, I moved to Montpellier, I choosed this beautiful southern city to honore this new chapter of my life.
Informally, I started supporting families around us. In 2017, i decided to professionalize my project by training with The Yoga Doula School, a global, comprehensive and multi-disciplinary curriculum founded on the authentic perinatal teachings of Yogi Bhajanand according to the traditions of Yoga. The Indian origins of my son by his dad have indeed reinforced my connection to these ancestral benefits.
In 2018, i completed my training as postpartum Doula with the postnatal support network and became french coordinator for the network. PSN addresses the importance of a well-prepared and relaxing 40-days postnatal period. It is an international organisation with a non-medical and social network, informing families-to-be about this special and delicate time after birth.
The same year, I had the joy to participate in two beautiful seminars, first with Karine Langlois, an holistic midwife from Quebec who came to share her knowledge on "The Quantum approach to birth" and ''Paramanadoula '' with Michel Odent ( Ob/gyn ) and Liliana Lammers, here in south of France.
These two seminars confirmed the reason for my work, the necessity of the role of the Doula during maternity and how the complementarity of the non-medical support of the Doula have all its place alongside the midwife and gynecologist.
Recently, I continued my learning of perinatal yoga with the School Yoga of Energyin the Alps where I trained as maternity yoga teacher, a method developed by Martine Texier.
I am committed to contribute, facilitate, inform and support future and young parents in the hope that every mother, every new born and every partner start their life together with gentleness, most enlightening and practical support; to be able to build step by step this new chapter of their life.
During motherhood, taking time to celebrate this event is a precious gift that supports ourselves and our family .
It remind us of what binds us together, rooting Love a little more deeply in the family that we build day after day.
"Rituals are a good way to honor this special time"

An involved partner
Having emotional support is of the utmost importance for a woman in labor. The ideal person to take on this role with her is of course her partner. My role is to facilitate by helping her to have more confidence in him (or her) to get more involved, while respecting her limits and needs. During the pre-birth meetings, we explore a whole vocabulary of postures to be found on the day of the birth, among others, with the balloon tool, massage and the quality of presence in general.I can massage the woman's back, which allows the partner to maintain eye contact with the mother and encourage her during the contractions or vice versa. I am available to answer questions regarding protocols, the course of labour, and proposed interventions so that parents can make informed choices. My experience enriches the loving support that the partner wishes to offer his wife. I reassure, comfort and inform the couple. Above all, I promote your autonomy and intimacy.
I know how to make myself transparent, while being attentive and available. The presence of a Yoga Doula is very much appreciated by the partner who wishes to get involved but does not always know how to do so.
A first approach meeting allows us to meet each other. For this first meeting, the two future parents are, as much as possible, wished to be present. It is an opportunity to ask all possible questions and to see if the current is flowing between us. The cost of this one-hour meeting is deducted from the package, if there is a commitment.
My support begins the moment you contact me. We will make together the planning of our next meetings according to our respective availabilities. It is at your home that the sessions will take place. Over the course of the meetings, a relationship of trust and proximity is built. This relationship is my main tool to support you until the day of the birth and after, in the relationship with your baby.
Count seven sessions for a classic package (primipare or experience of previous difficult births). You can divide these seven sessions as you wish. My presence at the birth is included. But you can also decide otherwise, right up until the last moment. In any case, I will make myself available between 10 days before and after term. During your support, I can be reached by phone at any time.
In addition, the meetings are well filled. Here is an overview of the content covered during the prenatal meetings: .Expectations regarding pregnancy and childbirth .Pregnancy transformations, psychological/emotional/relational support .Physiology of childbirth, aches, fear, pain .Possible interventions, hospital protocols .Birth plan and informed choices .Preparation at the body level: Yoga, breathing, stretching, pelvis, perineum, baby bonding, birthing positions. .Spiritual support: meditation, visualization .Healthy lifestyle for pregnant women: nutrition, body care .Preparation of post-natal support: Welcoming the baby, practical: living space, the concrete realities with a newborn, shopping, laundry, cleaning, balanced meals, baby care, carrying, co-sleeping... .Suggestions for reading and viewing .Listening and tools for the partner
