'' I lost the waters on a Wednesday in the late afternoon and my son was born in
the night from Friday to Saturday. With a scar uterus no question of taking risks, no question either to speed things up with hormones, in short, the more hours passed, the more I felt the pressure of the medical team, a real countdown. Having had a first caesarean and having done everything to be able to give life naturally, it was out of the question to undergo a second without good reason. In this austere climate, Elsa arrived in the room, a big smile, positive and especially with me at 100%. She closed the curtains, put me some soft music and some essential oils in short she managed to create a small reassuring and cozy bubble. She sat by my side and accompanied me full of benevolence of confidence and patience. Her presence was more than important as I needed someone really with me, with one hand that I did not find before his arrival. Thank you again Elsa and I hope with all my heart that the medical staff will leave you a place to be with women in such an important moment and where they can be so vulnerable. ''
Karina, mother of Gabriel
" During my pregnancy I had vaguely heard of the Doulas, so I wanted to know a little more.Despite the distance that separates us, Elsa has maintained regular contact with me including through video conferences. She told me about the various choices make objectively, we shared a lot during our telephone conversations. By her presence and availability, Elsa has been a real anchor and a precious comfort for me. Elsa is a wonderful Doula, in addition to her listening and ability to understand me, I could count on her throughout my pregnancy to bring me advice. She strongly contributed to the preparation of my new life as a mother by bringing me the necessary help whenever I needed it. We thank Elsa from the bottom of our hearts for her help "
Axelle, mother of Maël
'' I wanted to give birth without epidural already for my first child but I could not
go to the end of my project ... For the second I really wanted something natural. We wrote a birth plan with my partner and asked for the nature room for delivery. I met Elsa who supported me in this process in many ways. I first found with her an active listening and someone with whom to exchange on this particular period. She was there at every stage of pregnancy and also after the birth of Mael. Yoga also helped me a lot for positions during childbirth. And when baby was there I could count on her too. Rest, small dishes, massages and yoga !! A big thank you to Elsa, without whom it would not have been so easy. ''
